W-85-CHOC

Continuous refining of compounds, coatings, spreads and fillings

The conventional manufacturing system starts with a premixer, 2-roller refiner, 5-roller refiner and a mixer/conche.

Duyvis Wiener offers you the W-85-CHOC refining line.

Several products (fat, powder, sugar, lecithin etc.) can automatically be fed in the weighing/premixer vessel.

From the weighing/premixer vessel  the mass is fed into the holding vessel by gravity after the mass has been weighed and mixed.

From the holding vessel the mass is pumped into the grinding chamber of the W-85-CHOC by means of a  pump and leaves this chamber by means of an outlet spout.           

In all cases the W-85-CHOC system will provide an excellent and constant product quality combined with high production flexibility and a fast payback.
