Royal Duyvis Wiener and F.B. Lehmann joined forces in 2010. Their engineers, technicians and development experts work collectively to guarantee process and product innovations.

The combined know-how of the two companies ensures high quality standards in the production process from cocoa to chocolate. The unique Lehmann technology, recognized for decades by the large chocolate producers worldwide, is the perfect fit for a full range production portfolio.

Wishing to share this success with our customers and relations, ‘Open House’ days were organized on the 12th, 13th and 14th October, 2011 at F.B. Lehmann in Aalen, Germany.

We were delighted that several international customers and relations accepted our invitation to see the new and existing technologies, such asF.B. Lehmann 5&2 Roll Refiner

  • The integrated 2&5 Roll Chocolate Refiner; introduced during Interpack 2011. This latest development is finalized and the machine is convincing in its efficiency, both in capacity as well as product fineness.
  • Our latest technology for grinding cocoa powder
  • A complete cocoa production line, already delivered to well-known chocolate producers in Europe. This line, which includes the Lehmann cocoa bean roasting, sterilizing and winnowing technologies, is ready for shipment to one of customers in Indonesia, with whom we have a long lasting relationship. Additional lines for clients in Africa and Germany are in production.

The focus of our visitors was on the production of cocoa as well as on the chocolate production lines, the core business of F.B. Lehmann.

The new managing directors of F.B. Lehmann GmbH, Mrs. Solvej Schenk and Mr. Volker Kaul, are very satisfied with the ‘Open House’. The number of  visitors and cooperation between the enthusiastic staff  of both F.B. Lehmann and Royal Duyvis Wiener made the entire event a great success.

And there is more to come!

Next year, 2012, you will learn more of the planned innovation and development at F.B. Lehmann, transforming it as a center for specialized mechanical engineering and a highly visible player in the world-wide confectionery industry.
