Cocoa Liquor Grinding Lines
Total grinding solutions from cocoa nibs to cocoa liquor

Refining of cocoa nibs with the Wiener system is performed in three
stages:

Coarse or pre-grinding, the nibs are refined and transformed from solid
particles (nib) into cocoa liquor;

Intermediate grinding, the intermediate section determines mainly the
grinding performance of the complete line. Namely, the better the grinding
in the intermediate section, the higher the throughput in the fine grinding
section.

Fine grinding, in this last stage, the fine grinding section, the cocoa
liquor is refined down to the required fineness. This end-fineness depends
on the application of the mass.
